Building Services Quantity Surveyor required to join an extremely stable business, a highly respected, family-owned M&E contractor with over 60 years of trading success, forming part of a £100m+ group.

You will work on Projects across London & the South-East.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Commercial Director you’ll take full responsibility for the post contractual duties including Final Accounts, Valuations, Variations and Bills of Quantities on a diverse portfolio of projects including Life Sciences, Education, Heritage, Research, Commercial, Leisure and Prime Residential.
