Due to a series of new project awards opportunities have arisen within this leading M&E Building Services Contractor who are expanding and now seeking experienced M&E Building Services Project Managers to take full ownership of high-quality new-build Residential projects across London, typically valued between £4m–£10m (M&E).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, financially secure, turnkey Building Services Contractor with a proven track record of successfully delivering Residential schemes. The business benefits from a strong reputation, repeat clientele, and a healthy, secured pipeline of work extending into 2028, providing long-term stability and confidence.

You will be entrusted with managing projects from inception through to handover, with full autonomy over delivery, commercial performance, and team leadership. The company’s hands-on and highly visible owners are deeply supportive, offering guidance and backing where needed without micromanagement, allowing you to genuinely take ownership and make decisions.
