Mechanical Associate Director £90 – £100K + Package + Bonus

For over 30 years, this privately owned Building Services & Sustainability Consultancy has consistently punched above its weight in terms of projects and clients.

Building off the back of their most profitable year ever, they are now looking for a Mechanical Associate for their office in Essex.

Virtually all their work is secured via repeat business or recommendations, and their clients include some of the world’s largest blue-chip clients, property developers, and managing agents.

All Directors and Associate Directors remain hands-on; from feasibility to post occupancy, ensuring clients are kept informed at every stage of a project’s lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be a UK resident, or have the right to work in the UK
• Degree qualified and preferably Chartered
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Building Services industry (please note this is an Associate Director role)
• Broad range of project experience across the commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors.
• Able to lead projects through RIBA Stages 2 – 4.
