Mechanical Design Engineer

Based in London’s creative hub, this Building Services Consultancy has been driving innovation in the built environment for over 15 years.

The Partners and Associates have always invested a huge amount of their time into ensuring all engineers become true “Building Services Engineers” with a good awareness of MEP, BIM, and Sustainability.

They are looking for an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to work on unique and energy-efficient, design-led projects.

You’ll be joining a team of 35 Engineers and working directly with some of the UK’s best architects on projects that genuinely impact society. Projects include galleries, theaters, low-carbon workplaces, schools, places of worship, and NZC master plans.

As a privately owned practice, the Partners have always reinvested in the business for training and development, the latest software, and also having an office environment where people actually want to come into.

As an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll be involved in projects through all stages from concept to completion. You’ll enjoy a client-facing role as you develop relationships with architects, clients, and contractors and also provide mentoring to junior team members.

What they are looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in building services as a HVAC Design Engineer
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Passion for low-energy design
  • Able to use Revit, IESVe and ideally Hevacomp or H2X.

Why consider this role?

  • Join a practice that values creativity, sustainability, and collaboration
  • Work on projects that make a cultural and social impact
  • Quick progression into senior role
  • A relaxed, supportive, and highly stimulating studio culture

If you’re looking for more than just “another job” and want to work on interesting projects that push the boundaries, please get in touch.
