Intermediate Mechanical Engineer – To £50K Oxfordshire

With around 20 MEP Design Engineers located across three UK offices, this Building Services Engineering Consultancy offers stability, progression and diverse projects.

Reporting to the Mechanical Director, you will be responsible for producing calculations (heat loss, heat gain, duct sizing, pipe sizing etc), specifications, schematics, equipment schedules and drawings.

In addition to a salary of up to £50K, they also offer 9-day fortnight, two days work from home, 25 days annual leave, pension, your own dedicated training and development budget; and an annual bonus.

You’ll work on diverse projects including the University of Oxford, leisure facilities, commercial offices, NZC masterplans, laboratories and mixed-use developments.

Requirements

• Familiar with Bluebeam and Revit, and H2X or IES.
• Good knowledge of HVAC and PH service.es such as ground drainage and hot and cold water services.
• Comfortable dealing with architects, contractors and utilities providers.
• Able to take a project from RIBA Stages 2 – 4, with limited supervision.
