With around 85 per cent of London's current commercial buildings expected to still be in operation in 2050, you'll be instrumental in increasing the energy performance of these buildings and reducing their carbon use and operating costs.

As a well-established building services consultancy, they work with some of the worlds most admired financial services, media and legal firms from feasibility to post occupancy evaluations.

You'll enjoy working in their modern, bright and spacious office conveniently located close to both tube and over ground stations; however, you're also welcome to continue to work from home two or three days a week. You'll benefit from being involved in commissioning, site surveys and monitoring the quality of the mechanical services installations and have full support from the team of hands on Associates, Principals and Seniors.

With at least three years' experience in building services you'll already have a good understanding of most HVAC services such as fan coils, VAV, VRF/VRV, chilled beam air conditioning systems, fresh air supply and extract systems and knowledge of passive design and renewable energy options.

You're probably a bit of a whizz when it comes to IES modelling and understand the importance of getting Sustainability Engineers, Architects and Structural Engineers all working harmoniously from feasibility through to detailed design to ensure a successful project.

This role has been created due to a solid pipeline of new work stretching through January 2021 and will provide you with the opportunity of working on some of London's most recognised buildings.


  • Previous experience in the design of HVAC systems.
  • Previous residential, mixed use and commercial, office project experience including base build and also CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.

Situated in West London's shopping and entertainment hub, this MEP consultancy has remained busy and haven't had to furlough anyone or make anyone redundant.

Now, due to a steadily growing order book consisting of major education, healthcare, mixed-use and large-scale redevelopment projects they are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer as part of their five-year plan.

Having moved to a new, larger office earlier this year they have enough office space to ensure that all 20 engineers (just in their London office) can work safely. Working closely with the Electrical Director, a Chartered and charismatic individual you'll have full autonomy to grow the Mechanical team, develop your own client relationships and also help shape the future of the team.
