This role will suit an experienced Mechanical Associate Director who is ready to progress their career and step into a dedicated Director role in 2023.

Supported and backed by the founding Partners; you'll have full autonomy to develop the Mechanical team and the London office. This will include developing the Associate, Principal and Senior level engineers and also further developing existing relationships with signature architects.

Their current projects vary hugely and include everything from masterplans and regeneration schemes, universities, commercial offices, listed buildings and also healthcare projects.

The role is primarily multi-site based, typically working across specialist M&E projects in London & The South.

You will demonstrate excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with people on all levels, have a natural ability to influence others and have a high level of personal integrity.

You will need to be IT literate and be a competent Microsoft Office User.

Ideally with 2-3 Years H&S experience with a comparable M&E company in the industry and a recognised qualification (NEBOSH Construction Certificate or similar as a minimum)

A knowledge of ISO systems and their implementation is desirable.
