M&E Director - Property Consultancy - Birmingham - £70K Significant Bonus Package

We're looking for an ambitious M&E Director to set up, develop and lead a fully integrated M&E Engineering Services division, within a leading global Property Consultancy.

With significant fees being outsourced to 3rd party consultants, this Property Consultancy is looking to bring its M&E business in-house. Future business development will be straight forward, as projects are secured via internal stakeholders from Project Management and Building Surveying, M&E projects are drawn from existing projects with an M&E requirement that just needs to be tapped into.

You will be supported by the wider UK team, and the very realistic expectation, is that the Birmingham team will mirror the success of the existing M&E teams over the last decade.

The role will see you focus on high level client interface, delivering a range of M&E Asset Engineering including: Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations, M&E Audits, Condition Surveys, PPM/Life Cycle Costing to a range of clients across a range of sectors including Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Leisure and more.

This is a real opportunity to take ownership of a client base, using your entrepreneurial approach along with your clear understanding of the commercial drivers behind property ownership and development to your client's needs.

As well as the client-side access, you will set up and build a new M&E team with the autonomy to develop this as you feel would be most successful with the people you feel would work best.
