Associate Director - Building Services Engineering - Brirmingham - Salary to £60K Package

A Property Consultancy that has developed full technical in-house capability, with a fully integrated and established M&E Asset Engineering Team.

The team provides expert guidance on building engineering system performance and sustainability and feeds of the M&E projects that occur across all of their client's buildings and portfolio's.

The role will give you direct access to clients, working on the client's behalf as part of the client team. Due to growth, they are now looking for an Associate Director - Building Services Engineering for their Birmingham office.

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director - Building Services Engineering with Mechanical or Electrical TDD skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Due Diligence, Condition Surveys, Performance Specifications, Plant Replacement projects, Maintenance Strategies, Life Cycle Costing, and Development Monitoring.
  • Building and maintaining a deep understanding of existing clients.
  • Working effectively with and supports other team members and departments to achieve seamless client service.

    We are working with a consultancy that align design with energy reduction and the decarbonisation of the built environment, to help them find their next Mechanical Engineer.

    Established over 30 years ago they deliver M&E design consultancy services, energy efficiency, carbon management and cost reduction solutions to their clients across a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Education and Industrial.

    You will be working as part of the mechanical design team to deliver projects from feasibility through to construction. This is a technical role and will enable you to work on all parts of the project from upfront strategic planning, right through to project management and implementation.

    The role will give you the autonomy to lead projects, liaising directly with clients and working on the client's behalf to deliver projects inline with the targeted time scales and energy efficiency requirements.

    Based in their Birmingham office and working directly with the Principal Engineer, you will be joining and M&E team of 12 engineers. The office is home to 60 employees, newly refurbished and open plan, so you will have the whole team around you for support.
