Energy and Sustainability Engineer - To £35K Training Equity Autonomy
Looking to develop your skills and experience within the Energy and Sustainability industry as a Non Domestic Energy Assessor or TM44 Air Conditioning Inspector?
Working closely with the Founder, you'll be responsible for energy modelling, producing non-domestic Level 3 and 4 EPC's (Energy Performance Certificates) using Design Builder or IESVe and also assisting with Level 4 TM44 ACI's (Air Conditioning Inspections).
You'll work on a range of commercial buildings such as offices, retail parks and industrial projects across London, the South East and the Midlands and benefit from ongoing training.
As a specialist Energy and Sustainability Consultancy they provide expertise across the full suite of carbon reduction and energy saving initiatives such as Energy Audits, Renewable Energy feasibility studies, ESOS assessments, EPC's, Life Cycle Assessments and Air Conditioning Inspections.
In addition to their ongoing project work, they also have established frameworks in place with blue chip clients such as TFL, the NHS, MoD and a number of the leading REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) and hence can provide you with job security.

We are looking for a Director of Engineering for a leading M&E design consultancy firm with 30 years of experience in the energy sector. They specialise in providing energy efficiency, carbon management, and cost reduction solutions to clients in various industries, including Commercial, Residential, Education, and Industrial.
As the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for the management and successful delivery of all M&E Design services. This includes overseeing M&E Design (RIBA Stages 1-7), Siteworks & EV Infrastructure and relevant consultancy projects.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in leading product development to help them maintain and grow their position within the evolving engineering services market.

Intermediate Mechanical Engineer - Birmingham - to £45,000 package
Are you interested in using your building services Mechanical Design skills in a role that will also allow you to have an impact on the energy efficiency of the built environment?
We are working with a consultancy that align design with energy reduction and the decarbonisation of the built environment, to help them find their next Mechanical Engineer.
Established over 30 years ago they deliver M&E design consultancy services, energy efficiency, carbon management and cost reduction solutions to their clients across a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Education and Industrial.
You will be working as part of the mechanical design team to deliver projects from feasibility through to construction. This is a technical role and will enable you to work on all parts of the project from upfront strategic planning, right through to project management and implementation.
The role will give you the autonomy to lead projects, liaising directly with clients and working on the client's behalf to deliver projects inline with the targeted time scales and energy efficiency requirements.
Based in their Birmingham office and working directly with the Principal Engineer, you will be joining and M&E team of 12 engineers. The office is home to 60 employees, newly refurbished and open plan, so you will have the whole team around you for support.
