Job Description
I am keen to speak with a Mechanical Building Services Project Manager who holds an industry qualification (HNC / HND / Degree) with 8-12 years experience demonstrating the delivery of Mechanical Projects from inception to completion typically ranging from £300k - £2m.
This role gives you full autonomy where you will be left to run your own Projects, dealing with Consultants, other specialist Contractors and being Client-facing with a supportive Engineering and Administrative team around you.
With an office based near Woking in Surrey, you can also avoid the daily commute into London as you will have the opportunity to be office based should you not need to be on site 5 days a week.

The Directors of this Surrey based Contractor close to Woking are making plans for their retirement over the next 4-6 years, the successful individual will have the opportunity to become a Director / Shareholder should they wish and assist in playing an integral role driving the business forward.
For over 40 years this Client has successfully delivered projects within Commercial, Industrial, Banking and Public sectors with an excellent track record of repeat business from Clients who return and refer their services to others.
Contract values range from £100k - £2m and include Design & Build and traditional Install.
Each Design and CAD Drawing is produced in-house to the highest specifications, by Design Engineers with many years of experience and CAD staff utilising the latest industry software packages.
