Client: Privately owned Building Services Contractor based in Surrey with excellent staff retention working on a diverse portfolio of Projects typically up to £2m (Mechanical).

Role: Assisting a Project Manager delivering Projects within Education, Healthcare, Retail, Commercial and Industrial sectors in London & The South East.

This position will suit a career minded individual as my Client strongly supports and encourages progression. A career path has been mapped out and you will play an integral role in the business moving forward. Longer term opportunities could include shareholding.

    Under the guidance of a Project Manager, your responsibilities will span from assisting with Project Engineering and Design Development to crafting and presenting Technical Submittals for approval. Engage in seamless collaboration with Vendors, Suppliers, Sub-Contractors, and Specialist Designers to ensure the seamless specification, validation, and value engineering of products and equipment destined for the project's success.
