And if a project does require a push to the finish line, instead of being told you have to work overtime, you'll be asked can you work overtime. If you can, that's great and you will be paid for every additional hour you work.
And if you can't due to other commitments, that's also OK as they will just put additional resources on the project to help you get the project over the line.
Anyway as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you'll work "with" the director, not just "for" the Director. You'll enjoy leading projects including stadiums, hotels, museums, CAT A and CAT B offices and major residential developments across London and Europe and get as much autonomy and responsibility as you desire.
Requirements
- Client facing Senior Mechanical Design Engineer.
- Able to design and deliver projects using your own initiative.
- Able to use IES or Hevacomp.
- Willing to contribute to new ideas and the overall success of this new office.
