Director (leading to Partner) - Real Estate & Asset Consultancy (London - Salary TBC + Car Allowance + Bonus + Package).

Human Capital Solutions have been retained by a privately owned, award winning, global, multi-discipline consultancy to secure the services of a Director of Real Estate & Asset Consultancy to lead the strategic growth and development of their existing Asset Engineering Consultancy division.

This opportunity represents a unique opportunity to take a lead role in a privately owned, industry leading, and global £150m turnover consultancy, becoming part of the senior strategic and leadership team.

There is a route to partnership in the medium to long-term providing the individual can demonstrate sufficient success in generating revenue and profit growth for the business.

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate professional, with current experience of UK Real Estate consultancy who can evidence of success in business development.

An individual at Director level with current experience of developing estates strategy and consolidation plans, as well as managing the delivery of both asset replacement and capital programmes for major public and private sector estates (delivery OpEx/CapEx programmes).

Strategic accountabilities include the development of a discipline strategy for the UK and subsequent execution of strategy for Real Estate and Asset Consultancy. As well as targeting new clients you will also leverage work from an existing client base.

Leveraging the business' success with its traditional clients to further develop and expand a more Real Estate centric client suite, encompassing investors, developers, owners and occupiers of Real Estate.
