Working with some fantastic Clients including Managing Agents, Architects and Project Management firms, your work will cover everything from Feasibility and Concept design through to RIBA Stages 3,4 and 5 on various projects across commercial real estate, the hospitality sector and residential properties, with the opportunity to lead your own plant replacement M&E Projects.
The strong client relationships and the high level of engineering and technical expertise provided by this new consultancy, mean they have already confirmed all of their revenue for 2021.
You'll ideally be an Engineer with 4-8 years M&E Design and Project experience.

Senior Electrical Design Engineer - To £65K bonus package progression purpose.
I have a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join an international, MEP Design and Sustainability Consultancy based in London.
Established over a decade ago, they are widely regarded as a leader in ESD / Green Building Design and launched a new London office in 2024, which has been a phenomenal success so far.
Working with (i.e. not just working for) their Electrical Director, you'll be responsible for leading meetings, leading projects, and also assisting with fee bids and resource planning. You will be fully supported in the role, but not micromanaged. You'll see projects through from feasibility, design, all the way through to construction and post occupancy.
This role will appeal to a Senior Electrical Engineer who enjoys autonomy and wants to have a huge influence over the future direction and success of the Electrical team.
As you develop your own network and contacts (realistically over the next 6 - 12 months) you'll develop your own reputation and relationships with architects, contractors, managing agents and end users.
You'll be rewarded with a basic salary up to £65K, an annual bonus of up to 10%, 25 days annual leave a hybrid working policy.
Essential Requirements
· 5 years' experience as an Electrical (Building Services) design engineer.
· Previous experience working for a consultancy (ie Building Services, or multi-disciplinary)
· Must be able to work in the UK without the need to be sponsored.
· Willing to work from the office three days a week (Central London)
