Although Business Development will form a key part of the role in due course, projects are leveraged via internal company networking with the M&E Asset Engineering, Project Management, Building Surveying teams, picking up projects from within the clients existing portfolio/client base, making winning work as straightforward as it possibly can be.

In these early stages the majority of the detailed design work will be outsourced until the team has grown and becomes capable of delivering its own designs, the role will therefore involve managing third party design consultancies, performance specification, peer review and project management.

The successful candidate will hold a key position with the M&E Design & Projects group as it grows and develops. The role will give you an opportunity to gain an understanding of the commercial property sector that will set you apart from your peers, whilst providing a technical and commercial challenge to keep your career development on track, within a team where there are no barriers to your career progression.

Joining the team at this early stage will expose you to an open career path through to a Director position and beyond and would therefore suit an ambitious individual who is looking to develop their career within a globally recognised brand.

Alongside a competitive salary you will receive a top-level package and a bonus structure that is unrivalled in the industry.
