Energy and Sustainability Consultant
Keen to develop your understanding of Energy and Sustainability and Building Services?
Working closely with the Director of Energy and Sustainability, you'll enjoy a challenging and fast paced role and get involved in SAP, SBEM and Overheating analysis, assist with producing energy statements and assist with IES Modelling
This role will allow you to develop your skills in Sustainability and work on a range of challenging large scale projects such as residential led mixed-use developments, masterplans, major regeneration schemes and 5 star hotels.
You will also be encouraged to become a registered Low Carbon Consultant or a Low carbon Energy Assessor or undertake formal training to become a BREEAM Assessor.
Requirements
- Degree qualified.
- Able to carry out SAP Calculations, EPC's and carry out BREEAM Pre Assessments.
- Able to use IES, TAS or Design Builder to model and simulate the energy performance of buildings.
- Willing to attend the office two, sometimes three days a week.
