Electrical Associate - To £75K Package
I'm looking for a Chartered, Electrical Associate who can work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and lead £50M - £150M projects from feasibility to handover.
This role will suit an experienced Electrical Associate who is a doer, rather than just a manager and still enjoys being hands on when it comes to design, producing reports and specifications. You will also assist with managing workload, mentoring a team, monitoring the installation quality of electrical services and maintaining key client relationships.
This role will suit an experienced Electrical Associate who wants to work for a medium sized, privately owned business that prides themselves on staff development and retention, quality of project delivery and client satisfaction.
Given the nature of the role it's likely that you will have at least eight years' experience in the building services industry, can manage people and mange projects and are able to lead a project independently from the initial meeting, through design and finally during construction.
In return they offer quick progression to Director (realistically within two years), an interesting range of commercial office, healthcare, major residential and mixed-use projects; and a basic salary in the region of £75K Package.
