Can you demonstrate where you have previously delivered cutting edge M&E Building Services Projects typically £15-25m?

Coupled with a stable employment history seeing the job through from inception to handover on time and within budget?

Mechanically biased with a good understanding Electrically.

If so, we need to talk about your next project which will be a high profile, prestigious £25m Commercial build where you will take full P&L encompassing all aspects of Building Services Engineering including Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, Ductwork and Fire Services.

This scheme is part of the first new town centre in London for 50 years that over the next 12 years will develop into a 53-acre masterplan including a new Town Square and Retail Parade.

Up to 3,000 new net-zero carbon homes, and 2 million sq ft of workspace accommodating 20,000 workers, a new leisure centre, with swimming pools, sports courts and gym.

35% of the masterplan will be public open space, creating 16 extra acres of parks and places to pause and relax.
