£400 / £80k
Having the best of both worlds, you can either work on a PAYE or Limited Company basis. Initially you be based on a Commercial Project in London on a continuation where my Client has already completed the Cat A & Cat B works, you will be responsible for circa. £400k that is due for handover in March. This is a great opportunity to see why this business has been successful throughout the pandemic where no-one was made redundant or furloughed.
Following on from this Project you will be based on another Commercial Project that has been secured in North London, circa. £12m that is due to run into 2023.
With a wealth of experience spanning over 50 years the Directors of this M&E Contractor have developed an excellent relationship with Clients and have successfully delivered Projects well within timescale with excellent margins, building excellent relationships where repeat business is a common occurrence.
There is no glass ceiling here, if you are looking to take it to the top, this Client will support and encourage you in every step. If managing projects and demonstrating good profit margins is your bag this is also fully rewarded.

I have a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join an international, MEP Design and Sustainability Consultancy based in London.
Established over a decade ago, they are widely regarded as a leader in ESD / Green Building Design and launched a new London office in 2024, which has been a phenomenal success so far.
Working with (i.e. not just working for) their Electrical Director, you'll be responsible for leading meetings, leading projects, and also assisting with fee bids and resource planning. You will be fully supported in the role, but not micromanaged. You'll see projects through from feasibility, design, all the way through to construction and post occupancy.
This role will appeal to a Senior Electrical Engineer who enjoys autonomy and wants to have a huge influence over the future direction and success of the Electrical team.
As you develop your own network and contacts (realistically over the next 6 - 12 months) you'll develop your own reputation and relationships with architects, contractors, managing agents and end users.
You'll be rewarded with a basic salary up to £65K, an annual bonus of up to 10%, 25 days annual leave a hybrid working policy.
Essential Requirements
· 5 years' experience as an Electrical (Building Services) design engineer.
· Previous experience working for a consultancy (ie Building Services, or multi-disciplinary)
· Must be able to work in the UK without the need to be sponsored.
· Willing to work from the office three days a week (Central London) -
