My client is an extremely steady and stable Building Services Contractor who have a secured pipeline of £40m (M&E) for this year with other project awards imminent.
They also demonstrate an impressive track record in staff retention where many staff have been supported and grown and developed their careers from Apprenticeships.
They are keen to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor who will report to the Line Manager (HSE Group Manager) where training and support is strongly supported within the business.
The role is primarily multi-site based, typically working across specialist M&E projects in London & The South.
You will demonstrate excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with people on all levels, have a natural ability to influence others and have a high level of personal integrity.
You will need to be IT literate and be a competent Microsoft Office User.
Ideally with 2-3 Years H&S experience with a comparable M&E company in the industry and a recognised qualification (NEBOSH Construction Certificate or similar as a minimum)
A knowledge of ISO systems and their implementation is desirable.
