Job Description

I have been exclusively retained by the owner of one of the UK’s leading providers of Critical Power Systems and Maintenance, who are seeking to appoint a Head of Service.


They are an extremely profitable and stable business boasting excellent staff retention. They have an exceptionally sustainable pipeline and have already achieved a full order book for this financial year end (April).

Working on Mission Critical, Data Centre, Finance & Banking and Telecommunications projects that typically range from £10k – £25m.


The role includes but not limited to:

  • Reporting directly to the Shareholders and Owners.
  • Ownership and accountability of the Service Operation Division including service improvement initiatives in conjunction with departmental leaders to ensure continued growth and stability.
  • Career path mapped out to achieve Board Status
  • Produce quarterly report to the Managing Director on division progress, utilisation and profitability, forecasting of resource, workload and projection of capacity within division
  • Attend all monthly Service Operations Meetings including customer site meetings and reviews as and when required
  • Develop long term relationships with repeat customers and key FM clients
  • Develop and enhance existing team, elevating staff capabilities to surpass expectations across the division promoting a culture of continuous improvement through mentoring and training

    We have been appointed to recruit a Mechanical Contracts Manager. You will be based in their Kent office, reporting to the Directors taking full responsibility for several Project Teams predominately in London on Projects typically range £1-4m.

    Senior Electrical Design Engineer - To £55K

    With 65 MEP Design Engineers this Building Services Consultancy are large enough to compete against multi-disciplinary practices.

    Following on from their continued success in 2020, they are continuing to expand in 2021 and are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to work with them, rather than just to work for them.

    With an additional three offices across the UK, you'll get to work on a very broad range of projects across all RIBA Stages.     Reporting to the Technical Director, you'll help lead projects ranging from £5 to £50M and also assist in further developing and sharpening the future direction of the M&E Team.


    • Able to lead projects and assist with resource planning.
    • Good awareness of BIM, Environmental Design and MEP Coordination.
    • Previous experience working on projects from RIBA stages 1 - 5.
