Associate Director - Vertical Transportation - circa £70K Package (20% Bonus/Pension/Medical)

Human Capital Solutions is working on a unique opportunity in the market to source an Associate Director in Vertical Transportation to join an Engineering Services team within a leading global Property Consultancy.

We are looking to recruit an Associate Director to assist in leading the division into the future. The remit will be to grow the Vertical Transportation division whilst working towards becoming a Director within the company and would therefore suit an ambitious individual looking to climb the career ladder within a globally recognised corporate brand.

This role will include undertaking Term Consultancy / Maintenance Management / TDD / Dilapidations & Reporting on all types of vertical transportation.

As a fully established building management company, all clients are leveraged internally from its current client base of managed contracts, offering a huge scope for future business sitting on top of a large base of established work.
