Working with an extremely steady and stable business boasting a secured pipeline in excess of £50m (M&E) for this year with other project awards imminent.
Demonstrating excellent staff retention where many staff have been supported and developed from Apprentices to staff being awarded for long service 15-30 years.
As a Mechanical Project Manager, avoiding the daily hustle and bustle commuting into London, you will be site based in West London / Middlesex where you will deliver approx. £6m Mechanical Services on a £9m (M&E) Residential scheme comprising of Shell & Core and the Fit out of 267 units within 3 Apartment Blocks over a 2-year period.
