Revit MEP Technician

Revit MEP Technician - Hertfordshire - To £40K Package

I'm currently working with a high profile, MEP Design and Sustainability Consultancy based in Hertfordshire to find them a Revit MEP Technician.

They are open to either an experienced Revit MEP / Technician with around five years' experience in Building Services or a superstar with around one or two's experience who wants more responsibility and autonomy. They are looking for someone who is able to use Revit MEP, Navis works and has some previous experience in drawing file management, including document control.

Working in their BIM / Revit team of five individuals you will benefit from a structured training and development program, interesting and varied projects and a secure order book.

Reporting to the BIM Manager you will be responsible for producing fully coordinated drawings in Revit MEP for HVAC (Including water services / above ground drainage) and Electrical systems and containment and liaising with the Engineers to ensure all projects are properly designed and coordinated.

In return they offer 25 days leave, 3% pension, private medical cover including family, business mileage, annual bonus and operate a 37.5 hour week.
