Electrical Project Engineer / Manager / TSM - Essex / London
Can you see yourself responsible for all the Electrical aspects in a prestigious house in London valued in excess of £60m where one of the floors has an artist designing a 3D concrete rainforest on one of the walls costing circa. £1m?
Or providing the Electrical services for a well-recognised London Restaurateur where the setting is a Greek theme?
These will be your initial projects where you will take responsibility for managing the Design, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning where you will work alongside and be fully supported by a Mechanical TSM.
This Client has excelled within their space since their inception over 25 years ago where two colleagues established the business that has become a leader within specialist woodcraft producing high end innovative Joinery predominately within Luxury Residential, Hotels & Restaurants.
There was a demand to incorporate M&E Services, these are normally 10-15% of the project value. Typical M&E values range from £200k – 2m.
With over 100 staff, a turnover exceeding £40m, named as a Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer and having a project open by HM The Queen where they were responsible for the entire joinery fit out, they have become a business where people want to work.

Under the guidance of a Project Manager, your responsibilities will span from assisting with Project Engineering and Design Development to crafting and presenting Technical Submittals for approval. Engage in seamless collaboration with Vendors, Suppliers, Sub-Contractors, and Specialist Designers to ensure the seamless specification, validation, and value engineering of products and equipment destined for the project's success.
