M&E Director - Northern Region - £65K to £75K 10% Car Package Bonus

We are working with a global leader in Property Consultancy who provide occupiers and investors around the world with industry leading, end-to-end property solutions across M&E, Project Management, Building Surveying, Asset Management, Planning, Valuations and Brokering

Operating within Building Consultancy, their core M&E business areas are full Building Services Design, Technical Due Diligence, M&E Technical Surveys/Reporting, Maintenance Strategies, Due Diligence and Plant Replacement projects across the Commercial, Mixed Use, Industrial and Education sectors.

The successful candidate will head up and develop the M&E division across the north of the UK. The role would see the successful candidate build and grow the M&E team, mirroring the unparalleled growth and success of their other UK M&E teams. You will receive the full backing and support of the Partners across the business in Project Management, Building Surveying, Asset Management, Brokering, and Valuations etc.

The scope of M&E works currently being outsourced is currently 50% Design, 50% M&E Surveying and end to end M&E Project Management of projects across the Commercial, Mixed Use, Industrial and Education sectors. The Project Manager representing the client, across the full scope of the project, assuming control across the whole project, effectively acting as the client's representative.

There is a significant existing revenue stream of M&E work that is currently being outsourced and further business would be leveraged off of their existing internal client base. Upon joining the business you would be gradually introduced to their internal clients, introductions would be made by the sector heads across the business (Projects Management, Building Surveying, Asset Management, Planning, Valuations, and Brokering etc, making client development very straight forward and effective.

The brief is to source an ambitious individual who can see the scale of the opportunity developing an M&E division with the world's leading property consultancy. An individual who is looking to step up into a Director's position, or individual currently working at Director level who has reached a glass ceiling. The role would be tailored to the right candidate.

We are looking for an individual with ambition and high energy who has experience of Design, Project, and Team Management, who has the commercial acumen and business vision to develop the M&E Northern into a multi-million pound business unit.

Live projects, clients, QA and systems are all already in place and the opportunity has no barriers to progressing further within the business
