Principal Electrical Design Engineer - Cambridge - To £50 to £60K

Are to be a natural leader who likes a large amount of autonomy and extensive variety?

Based walking distance from Cambridge station, you'll enjoy working on everything from theatres, high rise commercial towers, hospitals and laboratories, retail parks and universities.

You won't get bored here as you could be carrying out a condition survey on a listed building one day, redesigning a new HVAC system on an office the next and then carrying out a Resident Engineer role on a £200M new build mixed-use development the following week.

    Requirements

    It's essential that you are currently working as a Public Health Engineer (ie a Plumbing Design Engineer, Hydraulics Engineer, or Sanitation Engineer) in a consultancy environment. You will need to be able to design hot and cold-water services, rainwater harvesting systems, above ground (surface water) drainage and be familiar with British Standards, regulations, and best practices.
