How would you like the opportunity to be involved on a prestigious New Build, Sustainable Residential Development that is in the news for the right reasons?

This build seeks to create and improve links between existing and developing areas to North and South Cambridge including the town and University. The development will set a new standard for sustainable urban lifestyles.

Supporting the Project Manager, you will add strength to the team playing an integral role on this project from inception, through build to handover and work with a Client offering stability, a strong pipeline of secured work locally and the support and encouragement from the Directors for you to achieve career success.

You will live locally and be able to demonstrate a solid experience of the Supervision of Mechanical Building Services Projects where you have held toolbox talks and generally overseen all the Mechanical Labour, typically on Projects up to £6m ideally within the Residential sector.
