As a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will report to the Commercial Manager, working closely with the Project team administering Projects typically up to £20m (M&E).

This was achieved within 2020 where the business broke the £100m turnover as their pipeline continues to grow with recently secured work throughout The UK, Ireland, Mainland Europe, The Far and Middle East.
Requirements
- Stable employment history gained with Building Services Sub-Contractors.
- Previous experience working as a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor demonstrating a thorough knowledge with all post contract duties including Valuations, Bills of Quantities, Final Accounts, Variations and NEC Contracts.
- Experience in Mechanical & Electrical Services including Generators, UPS and Critical Facilities.
- Opportunity to travel (UK, Europe, Far & Middle East)
