That's one of the reasons why they moved to a nine-day fortnight over two years ago and why they offer such a supportive, inclusive and welcoming culture.

They offer a very social environment, as each team has their own large social budget and get together on a monthly basis. So, you'll also enjoy a genuine sense of belonging and teamwork which again isn't normally available within a large, corporate consultancy.

The projects they get involved in regularly win multiple awards from CIBSE and RIBA; and as a firm they remain at the forefront of sustainable, building services design.

As an Electrical Design Engineer, here you'll enjoy a level of autonomy and freedom that just isn't possible within a large, corporate engineering consultancy. You'll also have direct access to the Directors and Associates and get a say in the overall direction of the firm.
