Refer a friend, or colleague to Human Capital Solutions and to show our appreciation, any successful referral by you will be rewarded with £500. Human Capital Solutions Ltd will pay £500.00 per successful candidate referral subject to the following terms:
The candidate is placed within a permanent position by Human Capital Solutions within 3 months of your referral. Human Capital Solutions Recruitment must not have already received details of the candidate prior to your referral.
The candidate must not be already registered with Human Capital Solutions. Upon placement the candidate must successfully complete their probationary period.
A referral fee is also subject to tax.
*Subject to all of the above you will receive your referral fee no sooner than one week after the completed probationary period.
