Description

Mechanical Associate Director To £90K + Package.

I’m currently looking for a commercially aware Mechanical Associate Director to join an entrepreneurial global Building Services Consultancy based in Zone 1, London. Over the past 40 years they have established themselves as one of the best Building Services Consultancies and now employ over 500 staff from a network of around 20 global offices.

As a key member of the senior leadership team you will be responsible for managing your design team, provide leadership, mentoring and technical support to your team, assist with resource allocation and also assist in preparing fee bids and client presentations

You will also contribute to improving current processes, design standards and procedures and ensure that the team is performing well, and projects remain technically sound and commercially viable. You will also ensure that all clients are receiving exceptional service through all stages of a project’s life cycle and that your team remained focussed, motivated and driven to do their best.

It is also expected that you will remain up to date on low energy design and renewable technologies by attending regular CPD’s, seminars and conferences, actively networking and also keeping in close communication with the global offices and promoting a culture of knowledge sharing.

Ultimately you will be working towards a Director role and your success will be measured based on client satisfaction, your ability to meet or exceed your financial targets, staff retention, your overall contribution to the business and your ability to secure repeat business.

The Mechanical Associate Director is likely to be Degree qualified and Chartered, have a minimum of 10 years’ experience, a thorough understanding of other building services disciplines and a genuine passion and interest in sustainable design.
