Reporting to a Director you will be responsible the for the design and delivery of projects from the initial project bid through concept and detailed design, monitoring projects on site, client handover and then Post Occupancy Evaluations. This will involve leading and coordinating a team of engineers, assisting with fee bids and resourcing, preparing detailed submissions and reports, representing the company at initial client meetings and coordinating MEP services during tender and during construction stages.
The Principal Electrical Design Engineer can expect to work on a range of £10 - £150M projects such as Airports, Hotels, Masterplans, Universities and Science and Technology projects whilst working in a friendly and supportive team environment.
In order to be considered it is essential that you are Degree qualified, have a minimum of six years’ experience in a similar role, have previous experience leading teams and leading projects and have a good appreciation for BIM and Sustainable Design.
